1. What are your methods of payment?
We work with: PayPal, money order, Moneygram and Western Union and Argenper.
If you want to pay with your credit card or bank account you can do it by Paypal, if not follow instructions we will send you.

PayPal (www.paypal.com). Pay using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard o American Express) or by bank account transfer. It is fast, safe and they charge very reasonable prices for the transfer of money. You can pay with Paypal using our Shopping cart.

To pay with a money order of a bank of the United States, Western Union or Moneygram send us an email (libreria@libreriaboliviana.com) to get instructions..

4. How can I pay with a money order?
Buy a money order of a bank of the United States, the fee of the change here is 2% when the money sent is more than $US 50 and $US 2 when the money sent is less than $US 50.
Buy a money order of a bank of the United States in a change, that should be sent to the indicated person.

5. How can I pay with the courier Argenper?
Argenper is a courier with offices in Argentina, Peru, Bolivia, Brasil, Ecuador, Chile, Uruguay and Italia.
Cost of the service:
The shipment of $US 1 to $US 200 costs around $US 6.
The shipment of $US 200 to $US 500 costs around the 15%.

We will send you a quotation, then enter to the web pages of these services to know where can you find their offices.

7. How do you make the shipments?
We make the shipments by: a) aerial certified mail; b) DHL or Fedex.

The aerial certified mail is the service that we use more to ship orders, it has a reasonable price and it is fast.
 

8. How is the aerial certified mail and how long does it take to arrive?
The aerial certified mail is used to send some books, CDs, videos or videos. This is a reliable service where we have a certificate of the shipment, classified by a number that is use to follow the track of the package where it is. We send to our clients the number of this shipping and if necessary aditional information of it: number of the flight, airline company, etc.

Shipping prices in the public mail service range from 0 to 250 grams, from 250 grams to 500 grams, from 500 grams to 1 kg, from 1 kg to 2 kg and so on..

Then using this as a parameter, we know that the shipping of a book, from Bolivia to another country in South America costs $US20 and the shippment of 2 costs $US26, and the shipment of 5 costs $US49.
Besides sending 3 or 5 books costs the same as there is just one price for the shipment from 1000 gr. to 2000 gr.
The shipping of one book to the United States costs $US23, but the shipment of 3 or 5 of the same weight costs $US54.
The shipping price of 3 or 5 books to Europa costs $US63.
 

12. Is it less expensive to send many CDs or videos than just one?

Yes, the shipment cost of many CDs or videos is less expensive than the shipment of one CD.
For example, the shipment of one or two CDs to Europe costs 17 $US but the shipping price of 10 CDs to Europa costs just 47 $US.

13. When can I cancel my order?
You may write us an email to cancel your order before it is sent. We will be liable for the refund if the client notifies us promptly (before the order is sent).
